Return and refund
You can return your products to us 30 days after receipt for an exchange or a refund.
Delivery charges are not refundable. The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, except for a contrary agreement specified by our company. An administrative fee of 30% on the purchase price will be charged upon return.
All products must be returned in their original packaging (intact). Opened printer cartridges are non-refundable.
If you want to cancel an online order that has already been shipped, please note that shipping costs remain applicable.

It is also possible to make a return directly to one of our workshop, in which case you will need to have your invoice in hand.
